Add Ability to Create/Send Inspection Agreement on App

It would be great to be able to send the inspection agreement on the mobile app, in case you receive and inspection while not near your home computer, on the road, or you get client info later than expected.

I have had multiple occasion when I forget to confirm that the agreement has been signed before I leave my desktop and then can’t check that on mobile. Consequently I have done some inspections before having a signed agreement, which effectively means that inspection is uninsured!

Can we PLEASE at least show whether the agreement has been signed on the Mobile app. Thx.

Also would be nice to see and make invoice other wise this function would not work for me as good as it could.
