Might start with a simple tag option for photos. All "Client Verbal" tagged photos show in "verbal consultation images". This section could be then hidden on the published report to avoid duplication. Afterwards, the report will have history of which photos were used for the consultation. These specific tagged images might need to be exempted from the "show all media" filter, so they don't appear to be used elsewhere in the report.

A review with photos only would be nice - some comments will be complete and some won't and there will likely be shorthand notes comments - it would be great to have a way to flip through just the photos (organized by chapter, not by the order they were taken) that will be in the report.

A "Preview of full report - pictures only" option would be nice for both desktop and mobile. On complicated inspections I sometimes do a Zoom call before the report is done and would like an option where the client can't see which comments are done and which are just notes to myself
