WordPress Integration - Client Intake

I don't use the PorchGroup family of businesses (example: ISN and Nathan Thornberry's companies). These companies integrate with many home inspector related software where they offer client intake forms to auto populate new jobs into report writing software. The data from these forms are use to market/sell services through and by PorchGroup.
However, I don't want to manually enter "new client" data into ScribeWare.
I manage my own WordPress website. Wordpress integrates with thousands of business services through a device called a "plugin." The best WP Plug-in for client intake is Gravity Forms.
Gravity Forms can be configured/set-up to gather my client data through an imbedded form (sits on my website) and the resulting data can be integrated with ScribeWare.
If I could personally push my client data to ScribeWare, I could prevent my data from being stolen and I could automate the SW new client setup through this integration.
Are there other inspectors who have a WordPress website that might want to use this type of data management?

I too would like to explore this. I created and manage my website with WP too. Currently I am relying on Jotform for scheduling and it does have some integration into SW as we know however it is only the basics to get the base schedule in SW. I am not a super busy inspector (max 4-5 per week, usually 2-3) but it would be nice to have a smooth transition between online data collection and SW. I would imagine for larger/more busy inspection co's this may be even more valuable, but then they likely don't also manage their website by themselves on WP.

Gary, if scribeware had a back office and scheduler feature that replaced ISN/NXT etc., with a plugin for you to put on your website, would this serve the function you're looking for?

Steve Lamb - if this one doesn't "cut the mustard", I totally understand. Creating all the code for one or two users prolly doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

Would really love to get other inspectors feedback on this!
