Ability to connect Google iCal or other calendars to pull inspections date/location/etc. to populate calendars.

Would love to see a customer portal that, a.) Has integrated payment system (by means of an api or scribeware provided CC system) b.) Allows reports to be secured with a client username/password c.) Tracks viewing of the reports d.) Collects info from reports and invoices for accounting quickbooks integration e.) Has online scheduling ability

It would be great to be able to send the inspection agreement on the mobile app, in case you receive and inspection while not near your home computer, on the road, or you get client info later than expected.

When any email bounces. Please forward the bounce to the inspector and owner of the company via email, text, or in app. My personal preference would be a text.

Ability to choose from the current thumbnail view and a list view with added columns indicating different process marks in the inspection, like date/time report published, if the agreement has been signed, if the fee has been paid, maybe who has opened the report link, etc. With the ability to sort on these columns.

Build in a list of invoice items than can be selected / deselected so we don't have to type it in each time.

Being able to open the Favorites Box for each section to check/uncheck items.

It would be nice to be able to add custom symbols to use in the observation modifiers. Alternatively - please add more choices like an exclamation point, stop sign, blueprints, etc.

Sometimes the client doesn't pay. Since we don't have a way to bill them and have the system NOT SEND the report without them paying, can you set an option in settings that says "place tick mark here and we'll remind you to check the invoice and confirm you have payment."

It would be useful to be able to be able to create and apply multiple "tags" to each comment - rather than make a comment fit a single observation modifier. Example - A defective GFCI in the kitchen - could apply a tag for the location of "kitchen", a tag of "Safety hazard" for the severity, a tag of "electrician" for who to call for repair, etc. Then then observations could be sorted/filtered in the summary in a million different ways to suit the users needs. (Ie. Client says they are hiring an electrician and want a quick list of all the electrical issues in the report... or maybe the agent just wants a list of safety hazards, etc)
